How Long do I need to be in Denmark, Sweden or Gibraltar before my wedding?

This varies from town hall to town hall in each country, however generally in Denmark and Gibraltar you will need to be there one working day before the ceremony and in Sweden it is same day presentation. Please note that there are some Danish venues that will accept same day presentation, please contact us for more information.

Katie made a miracle happen. She was able to secure a wedding license in 4 days and book the beautiful Copenhagen City Hall for early the following week. By December 22nd, the couple was happily married. Katie made every possible effort to make sure the couple’s dream became a reality, including be available to answer messages at all times of day and night (we live in a completely different time zone) through WhatsApp. Katie simplified the process for us, knew exactly how to present every document to avoid problems down the road, and advised us on all details, even those that I was going to handle myself.
