We had a flawless experience getting married in Copenhagen with the help of Leanne and her team. They did everything perfectly for us from start to finish. We had no issues at all, they were a pleasure to work with and the communication was excellent. The services that Marry Abroad Simply offer are worth the fee that they charge, they took perfect care of every aspect of our paperwork and scheduling our wedding appointment. I full heartedly recommend them to anyone who is interested in marrying abroad, simply!
We got married successfully. Everything went well, but there are just two minor inconveniences:
1. We provided a range of 4-5 days where we will be available in Copenhagen, Denmark, due to our wife's visa and work leave restrictions. We communicated this over a month in advance, but our ceremony had to fall on our last day in Copenhagen. This was a little inconvenient and rushed, as we had to check out from our accommodation and head to the airport. As a result, we had limited time with our photographer.
2. Maybe the process of legalising the marriage certificates could have been communicated better. We were informed (or at least had the idea) that we could go to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to stamp our marriage documents after the ceremony. However, this service had ended by the time we arrived on a Monday. We can only be thankful that the staff therein was kind enough to accommodate our request. So, we were very close to leaving Denmark without having our documents stamped and legalized.

The location was perfect, the registrar, Jette, said some really beautiful words to make the ceremony special, and the witnesses Kirstie and Chris were both so friendly and helpful and even took lots of pictures for us. Amazing services, thoroughly recommend especially if you’re a couple from different nationalities. Paperwork was quick and easy, the ceremony was fast andwe got to bring our own witnesses.
