The first time Monica D’Andrea Nordin and Jan Nordin landed at Ærø, they immediately felt attracted to the island.
The first time they stood in front of the Badehotellet they felt in love with it!
The idea of offering real Italian food and pizza, just in front of the sea, was hanging in their minds.
Thanks to the important and professional guide of Federico Dominioni, experienced in restaurants and pizzerias business, the first pizzeria with stone oven was born on the island.
It was the end of May 2016.
