Ceremonies held at an outside location may be conducted on weekdays between 12:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs and from 16:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs. On Saturdays, these are conducted between 10:00 hrs and 19:00 hrs. These may only take place at one of the venues approved by the Registrar.

There are 18 venues in Gibraltar where you can marry, and most of these options offer their own wedding packages, these venues have been hosting weddings for many years so who are we to intervene! We can offer you the Ceremony only package where we will arrange the documents, the registrar, we will co-ordinate with yourselves or the venue for the date and make sure that the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle all slot into place, leaving the experts at the venue to deal with guests, food, drink and the celebrations.

If an outdoor ceremony and bad weather, there must be an alternate venue arranged.

All these venues we can book and work with in our Gibraltar Speciality Wedding Service where for 1495€ we can arrange the venue and the ceremony for you!

For all other venues we ask you to contact the venues directly and discuss dates and availability with them, we will then arrange make all the arrangements for the registrar to be there for your wonderful day.

Katie made a miracle happen. She was able to secure a wedding license in 4 days and book the beautiful Copenhagen City Hall for early the following week. By December 22nd, the couple was happily married. Katie made every possible effort to make sure the couple’s dream became a reality, including be available to answer messages at all times of day and night (we live in a completely different time zone) through WhatsApp. Katie simplified the process for us, knew exactly how to present every document to avoid problems down the road, and advised us on all details, even those that I was going to handle myself.
