A True Love Story
Angela and Gunther, two German nationals, are a wonderful reminder that love truly has no age limit.
In 2022, both were looking for companionship and a true partner to share life with. Angela, who had experienced loss a few years earlier, and Gunther, still working as a busy professional, met online, and from their very first meeting in 2022, it was clear something special had begun.
Over time, their relationship blossomed into a deep and loving partnership. They decided they didn’t want to wait any longer to make their commitment official, they were ready to begin their forever together.
Like so many of our couples, Angela and Gunther found Marry Abroad Simply after doing some research online and reading our many 5 star reviews mentioning how quick, professional, and caring our service is. They reached out to us in May, and together we planned their dream summer wedding in Copenhagen.
They chose to marry in the Royal Library Gardens on their special date in August 2025, a beautiful late-summer day surrounded by love and nature. From our list of carefully selected suppliers, they chose a stunning bouquet from “Cool and Cozy” and had their day captured perfectly by the wonderful photographer Sla Karvounis.
Angela and Gunther spent the most amazing weekend in Copenhagen, sending us photos and updates along the way, we loved being part of their journey and sharing in the excitement of their celebration.
Their wedding was not just a legal ceremony, but a heartfelt moment of love, hope, and new beginnings. Angela & Gunther’s story perfectly embodies what we at Marry Abroad Simply believe in, that love knows no boundaries, no age, and no limits.
