Michael and Benilda’s love story

Michael and Benilda’s love story began with faith. Their connection started in May 2024 through a Christian dating community, where they bonded over shared values, scripture, and a deep belief that God’s plan would guide their path.

Despite living in different countries, Benilda in Spain, and Michael in Italy, their faith kept them close. Through countless messages, prayers, and video calls, they built a relationship rooted in understanding, respect, and devotion to Christ.

When they finally met in person, it was a simple yet meaningful encounter, a day filled with conversation, laughter, and gratitude for what God had brought into their lives. As their relationship grew, they continued to seek wisdom and guidance through church counselling and spiritual mentorship, ensuring that their love remained centred on faith and commitment.

In August 2024, they shared their intention to marry with their families, who welcomed the news with love and support.

It was clear that Michael and Benilda’s bond was not only emotional but spiritual, a reflection of shared values and a desire to honour marriage as a sacred covenant.

When planning their wedding, Denmark felt like the perfect choice. For Benilda, it held special meaning, she once lived in Denmark as an au pair and dreamed of returning to the country that had captured her heart. Together, they were drawn to Denmark’s serene beauty, charming town halls, and the warmth it offers couples from all over the world.
