This bespoke service is for couples who already hold their approved marriage licence but are struggling to secure a ceremony appointment in Denmark. With limited availability in City Hall, we provide the perfect alternative: a legally-binding wedding conducted by a Copenhagen City Hall registrar at a central Copenhagen location.
Whether you prefer an outdoor venue (season permitting) or an elegant indoor ceremony room, we make it happen.

Why is it more than the €795 when I have already paid for the licence?
The €795 covers standard spaces within the City Hall system. However, when those spaces are unavailable, we arrange a private registrar appointment – bringing a Copenhagen City Hall registrar to a venue we hire. That’s why this service is €995 – it covers the additional hire and coordination.
Is it the same marriage certificates that we receive?
Yes – absolutely. The registrar is from Copenhagen City Hall, and the certificates are identical to those issued after a ceremony held in City Hall itself. The certificate will state your marriage took place in Copenhagen.
