Odense is the third largest city in Denmark, it is about a 1 Hour 30 minutes drive or you can get there on a train really quickly in 1 hour. It is also not too far from the German border, about 1hour 50 mins from Padborg. There is also an international airport the Hans Christian Anderson Airport, where you can fly to a number of European destinations including Dublin, Edinburgh and Italy.

Norddjurs is a small town close to Aarhuus, it is about a 4 hours from Copenhagen or you can get there from the German border in 2hours 30 minutes.

Vejle is a beautiful town sandwiched in between Kolding and Fredericia. The word Vejle comes from the old Danish word which means wading place , as it is the point where there has always been a busy crossing point of the Vejle river. In Viking days there was a long wooden bridge allowing market traders to cross the river and this dates back to 1215.
