• Valid passports or EU ID cards – with at least three months’ validity from the wedding date.
• Residence permit – if you live outside your country of citizenship.
• Valid Schengen visa – if you are from a country that does not have visa-free entry to the Schengen Zone. The visa must be valid for your wedding date.
• If married before – if divorced or widowed, you’ll need the original full and final divorce decree or death certificate. This document must be legalised according to the Hague Convention.
• Proof of genuine relationship – we will help you prepare this simple “relationship document.” It includes photos, screenshots, and communication records that show contact and longevity of your relationship.
• Shared children or cohabitation evidence – if applicable, this can help speed up the approval of your file.
